Ingredientes

2 ½ tazas de leche entera

1 tableta de chocolate mexicano puede ser Ibarra, cortado en trozos.

Licor de Kahlua al gusto-opcional

Preparación

Colocar el chocolate en trocitos y la leche en una olla de tamaño mediano y cocinar a fuego lento durante unos minutos. El chocolate comenzará a disolverse poco a poco. En este momento agregar el licor de Kahlua.

Una vez que el Chocolate se haya disuelto, espumar la mezcla utilizando un molinillo mexicano o un mezclador de mano.

Ingredients
