Ensalada de Atún con Pasta

Ingredientes

1 paquete de pasta corta

1-2 latas de atún en agua

2 huevos duros

1/2 cebolla morada

1 lata de maíz en granos

1 zanahoria rallada

tomate cherry

5 hojas de lechuga romana en trozos

Aliño: aceite de oliva virgen extra, vinagre de manzana, vinagre de jerez, sal, pimienta, cebolla verde picado y especias al gusto.

Preparación

Cocer la pasta y los huevos.

Colocar todos los vegetales en un bol, agregar la pasta y los huevos cuando estén fríos.

Aliñar al gusto y dejar en la nevera hasta el momento de servir.

Pasta Salad with Tuna

Ingredients

1 package of short pasta

1-2 cans of tuna in water

2 hard-boiled eggs

1/2 purple onion

1 can of kernel corn

1 grated carrot

Cherry tomato

5 leaves of romaine lettuce in pieces

Dressing: extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sherry vinegar, salt, pepper, chopped green onion and spices to taste.

Preparation

Cook the pasta and eggs.

Place all the vegetables in a bowl, add the pasta and eggs when they are cold. Dress to taste and leave in the fridge until serving time.
