Gelatina Tricolor

Ingredientes

1 sobre de gelatina sabor fresa

1 sobre de gelatina sabor limón

1 sobre de gelatina sabor leche condensada

9 tazas de agua - separados

4 tazas de leche

2 paquetes de gelatina sin sabor en polvo

Preparación

Mezclar la gelatina sin sabor en una taza de agua, dejar reposar por 10 minutos, derretirla en el microondas, dividirla en tres partes iguales.

Hervir 4 tazas de agua, agregar el sobre de gelatina sabor a fresa y ⅓ de la gelatina sin sabor. Mezclar hasta que todo quede bien incorporado. Repetir este proceso con la gelatina de limón.

Calentar la leche hasta que esté a punto de hervir, añadir el sobre de gelatina sabor leche condensada y la gelatina sin sabor, restante. Mezclar hasta que no queden grumos.

Engrasar un molde para gelatina con un poco de aceite vegetal.

Verter la gelatina sabor a fresa hasta cubrir ⅓ del molde, refrigerar por 30 minutos o hasta que cuaje.

Verter la gelatina de sabor a leche condensada cubrir ⅓ del molde, refrigerar por 30 minutos o hasta que cuaje.

Verter la gelatina de sabor a limón hasta cubrir el molde, refrigerar por al menos dos horas o hasta que cuaje.

Desmoldar la gelatina colocando la parte superior en un poco de agua caliente.

Tricolor Gelatin

Ingredients

1 package of strawberry flavor gelatin

1 package of lemon flavor gelatin

1 package of condensed milk flavor gelatin

9 cups of water - separated

4 cups of milk

2 packages of unflavored gelatin powder

Preparation

Mix the unflavored gelatin in a cup of water, let stand for 10 minutes, melt it in the microwave, divide it into three equal parts.

Boil 4 cups of water, add the strawberry flavor gelatin and ⅓ of the unflavored gelatin. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Repeat this process with the lemon gelatin.

Heat the milk until it is about to boil, add the envelope of gelatin flavor condensed milk and the remaining unflavored gelatin. Mix until there are no lumps.

Grease a jelly mold with a little vegetable oil.

Pour the strawberry flavor gelatin until it covers ⅓ of the mold, refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.

Pour condensed milk flavor gelatin until it covers ⅓ of the mold, refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.

Pour the lemon flavor gelatin to cover the mold, refrigerate for at least two hours or until set.

Unmold the gelatin by placing the mold in a little hot water.
