Paloma de Cerveza

Ingredientes

1 cucharada de chamoy líquido

1 cucharada de sal fina granulada

4 tazas de hielo picado o frappe

1 taza de jugo de toronja

2 onzas de tequila

1 botella de cerveza helada

1 limón verde en rodajas

Preparación

Bordear el vaso con chamoy y sal.

Agregar suficiente hielo picado o frappe a cada vaso y verter el tequila.

Verter un poco de jugo de toronja en cada vaso y terminar vertiendo la cerveza fría.

Decorar con una rodaja de limón verde.

Paloma Beer

Ingredients

1 Tbsp liquid chamoy

1 Tbsp fine granulated salt

4 cups crushed or frappe ice

1 cup grapefruit juice

2 ounces tequila

1 bottle beer iced cold

1 lime sliced

Preparation

frosted glass rim with liquid chamoy and salt.

Add enough crushed or frappe ice to each glass and pour tequila.

Pour some of the grapefruit juice in each glass and finish with iced cold beer.

Garnish the cocktail with a slice of fresh lime.
