Tomates Rellenos

Ingredientes

6 tomates bola

2 lata de atún de 12 oz

2 huevos duros y picados en cuadritos

1 lata de zanahoria y guisantes de 8oz

1 rama de apio picada finamente

Mayonesa al gusto

1 chorrito de limón

1 chorrito de salsa inglesa o soya

Preparación

Cortar la parte superior del tomate y vaciarlo.

Mezclar todos los ingredientes y rellenar los tomates.

Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients

6 round tomatoes

2 12oz can of tuna

2 hard eggs diced

1 8oz can of carrot and peas

1 stalk of celery finely chopped

Mayonnaise to taste

1 squirt of lemon

1 squirt of Worcestershire or soy sauce

Preparation

Cut the top of the tomato and empty it.

Mix all the ingredients and fill the tomatoes.
